All cancelled sessions must be sent to downdogflow@gmail.com 24-48 hours prior to the session unless it's an absolute emergency. Failing to do so will result in the charging of a session. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and do understand that schedules are busy resulting in cancellations from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated in events/classes/memberships descriptions, all sales are final. There are no refunds or transfers on any purchases once the class, membership or event has begun barring health emergencies at the discretion of Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates . Any refund allowed on a credit card purchase will have a $5 deduction for fees and handling.
